Direct Debit
The easiest and most convenient way to make payments is via Direct Debit. This ensures your bill is paid automatically and on time, directly from your bank account.
You can also make payments through the following methods:
- MyMelita portal
- Internet Banking
- Cheque
- Credit Card
- Over the counter (note: a €0.50 monthly fee applies for this option)
Your bill is automatically paid 25 days after the invoice date via Direct Debit, and all your payments can be viewed anytime in MyMelita.
If you use Direct Debit, you are entitled to request a refund from your bank within 8 weeks from the date your account was debited.
