We are delighted to introduce our refreshed brand identity. Looking back, we’ve done a lot over the last six years: introducing nationwide mobile 5G and NB-IOT networks, gigabit internet and cloud hosting services amongst others.
Customer service for businesses like yours has been a primary focus for us in the past years. We are glad that customers have noticed this effort and its results through customer satisfaction ratings of 9/10 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) average score of 61.
Recently, we also announced a €50 million investment in a 10-gigabit network, positioning Melita to provide the data speeds needed in the future.
Since 2020, The Melita Foundation has allocated more than €500,000 over 66 projects and continues to welcome applications for funding from the voluntary sector.
Looking to the future, our focus on sustainability is ramping up; we’re already carbon neutral, with plans to generate 40% of our electricity locally through solar energy by 2024. By 2025 90% of our vehicle fleet will be electric.
