I’m unable to make outgoing calls to all numbers
Check that the telephone set is connected to the ‘Tel 1’ port on the modem.
If no announcements are heard when placing outgoing calls, and all calls are unsuccessful, go to “Why do I have no telephony line?“.
If you hear the announcement “Your call to the number you are trying to reach is not permitted” when placing outgoing calls, please visit a Melita shop to remove barring.
