Why can’t I make a call
If you can’t make any calls from your mobile,
- Check that you have mobile coverage by checking the icon at the top of your screen
- Ensure your phone supports 3G,4G or 5G networks by checking the ‘phone manufacturer’s specifications.
- If you have a SIM only or Pre paid mobile phone plan, make sure that you have enough credit for a call by checking on MyMelita or dialling *121#
- If you don’t have enough credit for a call, you’ll need to top up before you can call, unless it is an emergency call.
