Is the 90 day trial period really free?

Yes, should you opt for the 90 day trial offer on Business Duo 120Mbps there are no subscription fees and no installation fees. You are welcome to try and compare the service alongside your existing internet provider. There are no commitments, no strings attached. The only charges you may have are for any telephony call charges that are not already included for free in your package.

What if I cancel during the 90 days, will I be charged?

No if during the trial period you decide not to keep the melita service then there will be no disconnection fees and no subscription fees for those 3 months. Any equipment provided to melita is to be returned. You are kindly asked to advise us at least 2 weeks before the end of the offer period so that we can process your request. The only charges you may have are for any telephony call charges that are not already included for free in your package.

What services are included in the 90 day trial offer?

Once you subscribe for the offer you are eligible to try the Business Duo L package – our premium business internet package – enjoying superfast internet speeds of 120mbps download by 8 mbps upload and free business telephony featuring unlimited calls to melita fixed lines, 500 free minutes to other fixed lines and calls to all mobile at only 0.012c per minute (Vat inc.). These services are free of charge for you to try for 90 days.

What happens after 90 days?

The free trial is available for you to test and enjoy for a period of 90 days. Should you decide to keep the subscription, upgrade, downgrade, or disconnect we kindly ask you to do so 15 days prior to termination of your 90 days. Should you not advise us of your decision prior termination of the 90 days you shall be charged the normal package price of €65/month (Vat inc.) and the standard €10/month (Vat inc.) month on month charge since your contract is not on a 2 year deal. Should you decide to keep the service and do not want to pay that extra €10/month (Vat inc.) kindly contact our dedicated business support team.

When should I cancel my subscription?

The free 90 day trial is available for you to enjoy for the whole 90 days, if at any point during the trial you would like to upgrade, continue the service on a 2 year deal or are not happy with the service kindly contact our dedicated business support team.

Can I port-in my fixed line number?

You may port in your number/s during the free trial and run your business seamlessly. You shall enjoy free calls, exceptional call rates including calls to all mobile at only 0.012c/minute (Vat inc.) as offered with the business Duo L package.

Can I add a mobile subscription to my account?

You may add mobile during your free trial period, upon adding any mobile package of your choice with many benefits and reduced costs you also benefit from further discounts.

I am already a business duo client can I apply for the offer?

This offer is only applicable to new business clients who would like to test our business internet. Clients already enjoying our business internet fibre powered speeds can upgrade to even higher speeds or add mobile to benefit from further discounts on their current duo package.

I would like to try the free trial in more than one outlet, is this possible?

The offer is available for trial only once per user to test free of charge with no commitment. Should a client be certain of the product and want to extend to other outlets there are other offers applicable and also exceptional offers when other services are added.
