Before proceeding with the eSIM replacement, please carefully consider the following essential information:
- Confirm that your phone is eSIM compatible by checking under Settings, specifically in the Connectivity/SIM manager options.
- Only proceed if your phone can accommodate eSIM functionality.
- Note that by proceeding, your current physical SIM will be instantly deactivated, resulting in a loss of all connectivity. Until the new eSIM is added to your phone, you will be unable to make or receive calls, SMS, or access data.
- It is recommended to initiate this process when you have access to WiFi or other internet connectivity options on your phone.
- This process is irreversible. Once you request your eSIM, your physical SIM will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated or reused.
- Keep in mind that each eSIM is a one-time use and cannot be transferred to another phone. Ensure that you activate your eSIM on the intended device.
