Viewing and checking your usage

To check any mobile and fixed usage you can do so through the MyMelita App on your mobile phone or through my.melita.com

If you don’t have a MyMelita account, you can register via my.melita.com. to It’s free, easy and only takes a few seconds to activate.

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you find your usage details.

1. Log in to MyMelita using your email address and password.
2. From the main menu, select ‘My Usage.’
3. Choose the subscription you want to check from the list.
4. To customize your usage period, click the down arrow in the ‘Select Usage Period’ tab and choose ‘Custom Period.’
5. Select the start and end dates for the usage period.
6. Click ‘Details’ and then press the down arrow for more details.
