Why is a deposit required?

Sometimes, we ask for a deposit when you add a new service with us. This will depend on whether a credit history could be established, or on the results of your credit check.

The deposit is easily refunded!

  • Activate an automatic payment method such as Direct Debit or a Recurring Payment Method (PACC) via MyMelita. This is applicable only if a clear credit history is established. The deposit will be released onto your Melita account, the next invoice’s will be paid from the deposit.
  • Upon termination of offer or account. You would need to complete a Credit bank transfer form. Once you have downloaded and completed the form, you are kindly requested to send it back to Melita’s Customer Care team on info@melitaltd.com.

A €5 administration charge will be applied to all credit refunds, whether processed through bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
