Sports Premium Channels Business – 21/10/2022

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the add-on Sports Premium Channels Business (“the Offer”), being provided to customers (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). This Offer shall commence on the 1^st August 2018 and will continue thereafter until the Offer is terminated by Melita.
This Offer is available to new Customers and existing Customers subscribed to Melita TV service subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Upon subscribing to this Offer a Customer shall, depending on their subscription benefit from the following:
1. Sports Premium Channels.
  1. Customers subscribing to this Offer in August and/or September shall commence paying a monthly fee as of October 2018.
  2. Customers subscribing to this Offer may choose to terminate the Offer with 30 day prior notice as specified in clause 10.2 of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
  3. Melita shall have the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30 day notice period.
  4. Customers subscribing to this Offer agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which should be read in conjunction with the Standard Terms and Conditions, and any other relevant terms and conditions that may apply, provided that in case of conflict, then these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

NB – Customers who subscribe to this offer by the 30^th September 2018 shall pay the following monthly fee as per their subscription:

Business Flexi HD – €10 Business TV HD – €10

As of 1^st October 2018 Customers shall pay the following monthly fee as per their subscription:

Business Flexi HD – €20 Business TV HD – €20

Any additional outlets shall be charged a monthly fee of €10.

As of 8^th February 2019 Customers shall pay the following monthly fee as per their subscription:

Business Flexi HD – €5 Business Flexi HD with 1000Mbps – Free

Any additional outlets shall be charged a monthly fee of €5
