Business Telephony

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of Melita Limited’s (“Melita”) telephony offer (“the Offer”). Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By partaking in this Offer, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification.   1. The Offer starts from the 21 October 2022 (“Start Date”) and will continue thereafter unless and until it is terminated by Melita.
  2. This Offer is valid to new and existing Customers subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Offer.
  3. Customers subscribing to this Tariff shall be charged a monthly access fee in advance according to the Tariff chosen, as well as any other usage charges incurred as detailed hereunder.
  4. The following are the available Tariffs:
    1. Customers subscribing to the Telephony Business Unlimited Melita Tariff shall be charged a monthly access fee of €9.99 and shall benefit from:
      1. Free calls to Melita fixed and mobile numbers;
      2. Calls towards other local fixed networks charged at 0.03c per minute;
      3. Calls towards other local fixed networks charged at 0.03c per minute;
      4. Calls towards other local mobile networks charged at 0.12c per minute;
    2. Customers subscribing to the Telephony Business Unlimited All Malta Tariff shall be charged a monthly access fee of €19.99 and shall benefit from free calls to local fixed and mobile numbers.
  5. All monthly access fees and charges indicated are exclusive of VAT and any other taxes.
  6. Customers subscribed to either of the Tariffs under Clause 4, may subscribe to the following supplementary bundles:
    1. 100 minutes towards Fixed International numbers at the charge of €2.50 per month.
    2. 500 minutes towards Fixed International numbers at the charge of €10.00 per month.
  7. Standard telephony charges as published on the Melita website shall apply with regards to international calls and premium rated services.
  8. If the Customer terminates the Agreement, disconnects, downgrades or migrates onto a different tariff plan before the lapse of his Agreement, Clause 10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  9. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions, with Melita Standard Telephony Terms & Conditions, and with any other relevant terms and conditions.
  10. Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Tariff and these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to migrate on to a different tariff plan or terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30-day notice period.
