My mobile data is not working

Check that mobile data is on, if your phone supports dual sim insert the Melita sim in Sim1.

Check that the APN settings are set up correctly and that the network mode is LTE/WCDMA or 3G/4G/5G.

Check that Airplane mode is off and you have a good coverage

If the issue persists, try putting the sim in another device and set up the APN settings. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us to investigate further.
