How to check a slow WiFi connection

Run a diagnostic test through MyMelita. If no issues are detected, run a speed test:

• Connect directly to the modem via a cat5E or cat6 ethernet cable

• Disconnect all devices

• Connect one device and close any other applications running in the background Access the site speed.melita.com and select the server Madliena.

If the speed is way below what you should be getting, repeat the process with a different device. If the speed remains slow, contact us on live chat so we can check further.
